After your arrival to the airport you’ll meet our Representative who will arrange your transportation to hotel where our Tour Director will be waiting for you.
Relax in your room or join one of the orientation walks. Meet for a drink and a welcome briefing in the early evening and get to know your fellow travelers. Enjoy your included Welcome dinner!

On our first full day of our trip we’ll have a guided city tour of Vienna.

We’ll be driving along the famous Ringstrasse-2,5miles long Grand Boulevard circling the city centre, build on the order of emperor Franz Joseph 150 years ago , and walking with our local guide admiring the famous Landmarks of the city – St.Stephens Cathedral, The Hofburg Imperial Palace, The Opera house, the City Hall, the Austrian Parliament Building, Maria Hilfe Strasse, Museums, Graben, Albertina and many more…Historic centre of Vienna is our first UNESCO world heritage site on this trip.

Lunch and dinner are on your own and afternoon is at your leisure. Visit some of the finest museums, churches, palaces, take a walk in the park, enjoy shopping or taste the famous Sacher torte with a nice cup of coffee and feel like a monarch in this royal city.

Welcome to Bratislava in Slovakia.

We’ll be leaving Vienna and Austria today,but just in 1 hour drive we’ll be in another capital city of another country-Bratislava in Slovakia.
We’ll check in to our hotel and set off for our walking tour of the old town. We’ll walk along the coronation route that was followed by every king and queen crowned in the St.Martin’s Cathedral between the 16th and 19th century when Bratislava was the capital city of Kingdom of Hungary.
An included lunch will be ready for us after the walk in a nearby restaurant. Early afternoon is at your leisure, but we’ll meet again on the coach and drive to the biggest part of the city called Petrzalka. Build in the 80’s it is the biggest area with communist style buildings, blocks of apartments. One of the highlights of our trip will take a place here, the Home Hosted Visits- a unique opportunity to meet one of the local families that live in these apartments. Share coffee and cake and enjoy the cultural experience. You’ll love it!
We’ll get back in the early evening and dinner is on your own tonight. Continue with your local experience.

Welcome to Budapest in Hungary.

After breakfast we’ll leave Bratislava and drive to our next destination-Budapest, the capital city of Hungary.
We’ll check in to our hotel, do the orientation walk and have an included lunch together.

In the afternoon we’ll visit the largest and oldest indoor market in Budapest-the Great Market Hall. Opened in 1897 this market with 3 floors belonged to the most modern ones in Europe. Today you can find here all kinds of fresh vegetables and fruits, spices, meats , pastries, fish, pickled products but as well eateries, Hungarian snacks, souvenirs, wines, clothes and more…

Dinner is on your own tonight, we encourage you to try some of the local dishes.

We’ll begin our morning with panoramic city tour of Budapest.

Our local guide will show us both sides of the city-Buda and Pest, divided by Danube river.
We’ll see the famous Landmarks like the Buda Castle District, the Fisherman’s bastion, the Parliament Building, the Chain Bridge, the Heroe’s square, Andrassy avenue and many more. Buda Castle Quarter,Andrassy avenue and banks of the Danube are included on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

We’ll learn about the foundation of Hungary and about the Austro-Hungarian Empire.We’ll find out about the dark history during WWII and during the communist regime.
Lunch and dinner are on your own and afternoon is at your leisure.
We’ll meet again after dinner for another Highlight of our trip – a scenic sailing on the Danube river.

Charming town of Bojnice in Slovakia

This beautiful spa town in the centre of Slovakia is dominated by the oldest Zoo and spas in Slovakia, but most importantly by the Bojnice Castle. After check in to our hotel and an included lunch we’ll have a guided tour of this Romantic castle.

Build on a travertine rock with a natural cave and with some original gothic and renessaince elements it dates back to 12th century. The castle is fully furnished with original objects and it is a national museum. It is the most popular castle in Slovakia and for years it’s been a stage for many movies, especially fairy tales.

Gingerbread village Cicmany!

Today after Breakfast we’ll drive to Slovakian village called Cicmany. The village is renowned for “Gingerbread houses” which are part of the folk architecture protected by government from 1979 as national heritage. Main street is lined up with dark painted wooden houses completely covered in white patterns. This unusual yet so unique folk architecture reminds us of history and important culture in the region. We’ll hear about the history and important facts from our local guide who will take us to the local museum. You’ll be amazed by this little village.

Today we’ll make one more stop just a few miles away from Cicmany. We’ll drive to village called Rajecka Lesna to see one of the biggest moving wooden Nativity Scenes in the world. The wood carving took more than 15 years and today it portraits not only the scene of baby jesus being born, but as well life in Slovakia and the most important architecture buildings in the country.

After included lunch we’ll drive back to Bojnice and you can enjoy your afternoon at leisure.

Get ready for Poland!

Another great day is waiting for us!

We’ll take small minibuses to get to the local sheep’s Farm. This farm is run by only few people and all the products they make are BIO. They specialize in production of different kinds of sheep cheese  You’ll have the chance to see the farm premises, the cheese making procedure  and of course taste the products.

After the farm visit we’ll get back to Bojnice and have included lunch.

The last evening in Slovakia will be really special. You’ll be transformed back in time and experience medieval evening with historical sword fighting, belly button dance and fire show.

Get ready for Poland!

We’ll leave Bojnice after breakfast and be on our way to Poland.
We’ll stop for an included lunch still in Slovakia and then we’ll continue on to Krakow.

After arrival and check in to our hotel we’ll get ready for our first unique experience in Poland.We’ll visit the Wieliczka Salt Mine just outside of Krakow. It is one of the most valuable national historic monuments in Poland that is also included on the list of UNESCO world heritage sites.Wieliczka Salt Mine has a long history of more than 700 years.On this amazing guided tour you’ll hear about the history of mining and production of salt.Along the way you’ll see dozens of statues including John Paul II or St.Kinga curved out of plain salt by the minors.We’ll even pass through 3 chapels and entire Cathedral curved ouf of rock salt.New statues added in the last years were done by the contemporary artists.

After the tour we’ll have an included traditional polish dinner in a near by restaurant.

City tour of Krakow with our local guide!

The city of Krakow has grown from the stone age settlements to the second most important city in Poland. Today it is one of the leading centres of polish academic, cultural and artistic life and important economic hub.The historic centre is on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

We’ll be driving and walking seeing the landmarks of the city including the Wawel Castle and Cathedral, the Kazimier district, the Rynek Glowny ,Grodzka street, Schindler’s factory, old town and the largest medieval market square in Europe.

Admire the extensive cultural heritage of gothic,renessaince and baroque architecture and learn about the interesting history of the city.
Lunch and dinner are on your own today and you are free for the rest of the day.Visit one of the museums,churches,jewish district or just wonder around and enjoy the atmosphere of the city.

Auschwitz Concentration Camp.

This morning we’ll be driving outside of Krakow to visit a former concentration camp Auschwitz. Build and operated by the Third Reich, Auschwitz became the major site for the “Final solution of the Jewish question”.

Local guide will take you through the Auschwitz and Birkenau premises and will tell you about the sad history that happened here during WWII. Your Tour Director will prepare you for this emotional experience on the way.
Auschwitz is today a national museum that was also added to the UNESCO world heritage sites.

We’ll get back in the early afternoon and the rest of the day is at your leisure.Enjoy your last afternoon in Krakow!

The capital city of Poland is waiting

We’ll leave Krakow after breakfast and set off for the capital city of Poland, Warsaw!

We’ll make a stop in the morning in the town of Czestochowa and visit Jasna Gora Monastery. This is the centre of Polish Catholicism and the biggest pilgrimage site in Poland. The Monastery protects the painting of “ Black Madonna of Czestochowa” to which miraculous powers are attributed.

After the visit of Monastery we’ll enjoy an included lunch in a nearby restaurant and then continue on to Warsaw. We’ll arrive in the early evening, check in to our hotel, do the orientation walk and enjoy first dinner in Warsaw..

Discover Warsaw!

Warsaw is many times referred to as the “Phoenix City”, because it survived many wars, conflicts and invasions throughout the history. The biggest damage the city suffered was in WWII when Hitler ordered “to lower Warsaw to the ground”. 85% of the city was destroyed.

Enormus reconstruction was done and today we can admire all kinds of architecture in the city, starting with restored gothic, renessaince, baroque or neoclassical Buildings, to the famous communist style building “The Palace of Culture and Science”, continuing to modern Skyscrapers, shopping malls and entertainment venues.

Part of the old town was not destroyed and today it is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our local guide will tell us about the history of the city and about the present life.

We’ll finish our city tour in the old town square where you can enjoy lunch on your own and spend you free afternoon. We’ll meet again in the early evening for our included Classical Piano Concert followed by Farewell Dinner.
